A useful clinical AI system should reduce information loss without taking control away from the clinician. During a DiagMed consultation, patient history, symptoms, observations and available reports can be organized into a reviewable context.
The system can prepare draft SOAP documentation, identify information that may still be missing and connect relevant clinical concepts to supporting evidence. These are suggestions, not final medical decisions.
The clinician remains responsible for confirming the history, examining the patient, selecting an assessment and approving every care plan or prescription.
